Released as an OVA from 2000 to 2001, the original anime called FLCL has many enthusiastic fans in both Japan and overseas.

The classic silhouette seen in the anime is re-edited. Unlike last time where he had a PVC body, Canti's main body has been redesigned with CAD, and is now made of both ABS and die-cast to enhance the range of articulation and the overall weight.
